Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing shipping delays to certain countries. Shipping times may be longer than usual. We are working diligently to ensure all orders are received as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Shipping FEE

We offer standard flat shipping rate at $8 worldwide

 

Time Handling 

Orders will be processed immediately and may take up to 3 days for to quality assurance checks, customs and administrative assurance. This excludes weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing time may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email confirming your purchase when your order is shipped out. Tracking information should be available once your item has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Time frame

US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-8 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

For the rest of the world, shipping time will take 6-12 business days.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order(s)?

Yes it is possible but not guaranteed to be successful as we have received multiple fraudulent cancellations.

Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 2 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 2-hour window and/or the order has already been fulfilled. Any special request for cancellation after the 2-hour window will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Do note that there will be an administrative charge of around 25% for all refunds due to cancellations.

 

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

Yes, you will receive shipping email confirmation contains your tracking number and courier used.

 

May I make changes to my Order or Shipping Address?

Should you need to make any change to your order, please contact us at support@darkestseed.com  ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate the change request.

However, we are unable to make any promises. If your purchase has already been shipped out, it will be too late for us to retrieve or amend the order.
